Candler Park
About the Neighborhood
CANDLER PARK was added to the list of National Register of Historic places in 1983. Featuring a 55-acre city park that includes a 9-hole public golf course, the neighborhood is named after Coca-Cola magnate Asa Griggs Candler, who donated the land for the park in 1922.
Two architectural styles, late-Victorian and Bungalow / Craftsman, are predominant but stand side-by-side with modern single-family homes and townhomes – offering something for everyone.
Real estate in Candler Park is highly coveted, thanks to the neighborhood’s location, a wealth of amenities, walkability, and architectural variety.
