Sean Dammann, along with his sister, Shannon Dammann Downs, founded The Dammann Team at Keller Williams Realty to serve the intown neighborhoods of Metro Atlanta and Decatur. The synergy of this dynamic brother and sister team, born and raised here in Atlanta, will provide you with accurate and up to date information, representation and guidance as you buy, sell or build wealth investing in real estate. Growing up in a real estate family with parents who were investors, Shannon and Sean are well versed in knowledge of and experience with the local real estate market.

Sean has numerous awards to confirm that he is one of DeKalb County’s most successful real estate agents. 
Sean has run successful and well-respected real estate teams for over 20 years.
For 10+ years, Sean has served as the Team Leader for the Keller Williams Realty Metro Atlanta office. 
In this role, he coaches, supervises, and provides leadership for over 250 agents in the local Decatur office and beyond.

With a doctoral degree in psychology, Shannon enjoyed a successful and rewarding 25 year career as a licensed psychologist
and therapeutic life coach before she became a licensed Realtor. 
During that time, she continued to invest in real estate and observe the market.

Shannon’s strengths as a focused, compassionate and understanding listener,
as well as sharp attention to detail and expertise in supporting and guiding clients through difficult decisions,
facilitate grounding and clarity for those who work with her.

Sean Dammann

Selling over $150 million worth of real estate since 2002, Sean Dammann has numerous awards to confirm that he is one of DeKalb County’s most successful real estate agents. He has been ranked by an independent company as one of the top agents in Metro Atlanta and is in Communities Top 100 agents. He is a Life Member of the Dekalb Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and a recipient of the Mary Nelson Spirit Award which recognized a spirit of contribution and growth to the industry. Sean has run successful and well-respected real estate teams for over 20 years. As a broker, Sean served as the Team Leader for the Keller Williams Realty Metro Atlanta office for over 12 years where he coached, supervised and provided leadership for over 270 agents in the local Decatur area and metro Atlanta. Sean’s vast knowledge, experience and expertise, combined with his energetic and congenial nature, ensure that he is well respected and gratefully appreciated by his many clients and colleagues presently and throughout the years of his career.

Shannon Dammann Downs, alongside her brother, Sean Dammann, founded The Dammann Team at Keller Williams Realty Metro Atlanta to serve the intown neighborhoods of Decatur and Atlanta. Growing up in a real estate family with parents who were investors, Shannon and Sean are well versed in knowledge of and experience with the local real estate market. The Dammann Team is ranked in the Top 5 teams at Keller Williams Metro Atlanta.

Shannon is a recipient of multiple Pinnacle awards for the Dekalb County Board of Realtors, including being in the top 15 producing agents and recognized as a Realtor who upholds and exemplifies the REALTOR code of cooperation, integrity and good will. She is ranked in the top 10% of agents and served on the ALC (Agent Leadership Committee for 3 years) for her local market center in Decatur and Metro Atlanta. Through her first-rate performance and by exceeding her market center’s qualifying criteria, Shannon has earned a position in the Keller Williams Luxury Division. Jason Crosby

Jason Crosby’s achievements and tremendous merit as a licensed realtor are greatly enhanced by over 20 years of rich experience in the real estate industry as an accomplished licensed property appraiser. Throughout his career he has developed a deep understanding of the Atlanta real estate market, with extensive knowledge of property evaluation and value in the vastly vibrant and diverse neighborhoods throughout Metro Atlanta, Decatur, Avondale and the surrounding perimeter of greater Atlanta. He has personally resided in many of Atlanta’s intown neighborhoods throughout his life including Ormewood Park, Midtown, Morningside, Virginia-Highland, East Lake and Decatur. His passion for cycling expands his appreciation and informs him of the many neighborhood streets and backroads around town on an even deeper level. Jason brings an appreciation for creative detail developed through courses at the Art Institute of Chicago and a degree in painting and drawing. His early work experience at several fine art galleries, including the High Museum of Art, and finely tuned customer service skills acquired through his years of work in high end restaurants in the renowned Buckhead Life Restaurant group, offer his clients a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout their real estate transactions. Jason’s professional insight, combined with a calm and friendly demeanor, bring true asset and white glove service to all of his clients as they buy, sell and invest in real estate.

Michael Koepenick

Michael Koepenick brings a contagious energy and an enthusiasm to any project he takes on. His charisma, creativity, work ethic, and attention to detail help bring him great success in his work.

Michael is a natural in real estate. Learning from his father, who has had a long career in real estate, and his mother, who was a painter focused on imaginative interior design, Michael has done extensive renovations and interior design projects transforming 2 houses and 3 office spaces for his prior business in the film/video industry. His company, Guillotine Post, excelled at helping directors, writers and producers get their ideas and visions off the page and onto the screen. He has won many awards over his 30 year career handling over 3000 projects for broadcast television, corporate marketing, web, and independent film. Some of his favorite projects were with TCM, Cartoon Network, Disney Channel, CNN,TNT, ESPN, Coca-Cola, Sony, Equifax, Fiserv and a documentary on the musician Colonel Bruce Hampton. He has now focused that same industrious and creative energy into the world of Real Estate by joining the highly respected and experienced real estate group, The Dammann Team. His colleagues and clients alike continue to benefit from his integrity, professionalism, and commitment to their real estate transactions.
