Selling over $150 million worth of real estate since 2002, Sean has numerous awards to confirm that he is one of DeKalb County’s most successful real estate agents. Sean has run successful and well-respected real estate teams for over 20 years. For 10+ years, Sean has served as the Team Leader for the Keller Williams Realty Metro Atlanta office. In this role, he coaches, supervises and provides leadership for over 250 agents in the local Decatur office and beyond. His personable manner, combined with years of experience and expertise, are a pleasure to work with.
Shannon’s work is based on a foundation of strong ethics and a driving commitment to be of service to others. Combined with her knowledge of real estate, Shannon’s unique blend of talents offers a package that you want on your team! With a doctoral degree in psychology, Shannon enjoyed a successful and rewarding 25 year career as a psychologist and therapeutic life coach. During that time she continued to invest in real estate and observe the market. Her strengths as a focused, compassionate and understanding listener, as well as sharp attention to detail and expertise in supporting and guiding clients through difficult decisions and overcoming life’s challenges, facilitate grounding and clarity for those who seek her services.
Rebecca began her career in real estate as an investor well over a decade ago. Her fascination with with every aspect of real estate, including the larger trends that affect a constantly evolving housing market, keeps her passionate about her work. Her focus has been primarily on residential properties and she takes great pleasure in providing her clients with superb customer service and a commitment to their success as they navigate the complex process of buying or selling their most valuable asset.
Jason was born and raised in Georgia. He grew up near Athens and attended college in North Georgia (Piedmont College) where he paid his tuition by means of the restaurant business. He earned a degree in painting and drawing with a minor in mathematics and relocated to Grant Park in 1995. He initially worked at several art galleries, including the High Museum of Art, and enjoyed some courses at the Art Institute of Chicago. Simultaneously, he continued in his restaurant career for another 8 years, primarily with the renowned Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, where he honed his skills in high end customer service. During that time, he resided in many of Atlanta’s “intown” neighborhoods including Ormewood Park, Midtown, Morningside, Virginia-Highland, and East Lake. In 2003, Jason realized his passion for real estate and the history and evolution of these neighborhoods and became a real estate appraiser. Working as an appraiser for the past 20 years, Jason has developed a deep understanding of the Atlanta real estate market and has advanced his career by becoming a licensed realtor. Jason has experience in all areas of the greater Atlanta real estate market. This insight, combined with his calm and friendly demeanor and customer service experience, brings a true asset to any client looking to buy, sell or invest in real estate.
